Connect with Nature

By practicing simple drawing and mindfulness techniques, participants will create unique drawings of nature. Each class will focus on different aspects of nature – clouds, trees, leaves, and flowers. Participants can choose their own medium – pencil, pen, markers, or drawing app on their phone. The instructor will demonstrate drawing techniques while focusing on mindfulness and encouraging creativity. In each class, participants will create several practice drawings and a final drawing. Participants will be able to use the drawing techniques taught in these classes to better observe and draw the world around them in the future.
